Property in northern cyprus is currently great value for money.
The fact that you are so close to amenities such as golf courses, the beautiful cyprus beaches and not to far away from the airport, means that northern cyprus should be at the top of your list of places to visit - especially if you are looking to take the plunge and invest.
It is still early days for the properties available here and we are very sure that the property boom is in its infancy. The amount of development and property investors is still relatively low. This puts you in a strong position for getting a good return on investment by putting a deposit down on a villa or holiday home.

We were gob-smacked by the opportunites and had to report about them straight away!
People are missing a trick, and until the legal situation gets fully resolved and northern cyprus joins Europe, there will still be pessimists. However, if like us, you can see past the red tape and are a little more optimistic, then we think that you will not find a better place to invest your money.
